Residential Trash Collection

Each customer receives weekly collection up to 96 gallons of residential trash. This does not include hazardous waste, electronic devices, or construction debris.

Bulk Collection

Each customer receives one free bulk item removal per month. Examples include: mattress/boxspring, furniture, carpeting, etc. Please call the office to schedule your bulk item.

Free Metal Item Pick-up

Please call Customer Service at 484-821-1944 to schedule your FREE removal of metal
appliances. Examples include: washers, dryers, stoves, air conditioners and water heaters.
Unfortunately, effective 9/1/2022 refrigerators and freezers WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTED
and we will not be scheduling them on our metal item routes.

Home Clean Outs

Moving? Doing a home clean out? No job is too large or too small for us. Our staff will do the heavy lifting/loading of debris. Just call the office to let us know when you want the job done from start to finish.

Holiday Schedule

Due to all of our disposal sites closing for the following holidays, the Star Disposal holiday
schedule has changed. The following holidays will not be receiving regularly scheduled pick-ups
in the City of Bethlehem:
Memorial Day, 4 th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day
Your regularly scheduled pick-up will be moved one day later. (For example, if you were a
Thursday pick-up during the Thanksgiving holiday week you would have a pick-up on Friday.
Friday pick-ups would be moved to Saturday.)

Billing and Payment

Invoices are sent quarterly in advance and the following payment methods are accepted: Check, money order, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and cash. Payment can be made over the phone or mailed to P.O. Box 21315, Lehigh Valley, PA 18002-1315
